During the 25th episode of Hypercroissance, which we recorded on March 24, 2020, at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jean-Philippe Dauphinais discussed the 'degrowth' plan that he had put in place in order to be sure he would be able to resume accelerated growth thereafter.

8 months later, what conclusions have been drawn? Did the initiatives put in place in March bear fruit or did COVID-19  have a greater than expected impact on the organization?

For almost 50 minutes, we discuss the results that his various initiatives have generated, his new way of operating, as well as how he shares his profits.
