Welcome to the 6th episode of Business Panel, our new concept on the podcast. On Mondays, we interview entrepreneurs whose businesses have grown rapidly, and on Thursday, me and a selection of entrepreneurs discuss a variety of topics related to business and our companies.

With the end of Black Friday and the holiday season just around the corner, we decided to continue our discussions with e-commerce owners for today’s episode. 

Carolyn Rousseau, founder of La Clinique Virtuelle and guest on the 30th episode of the podcast is with us today, as well as Jeremiah Curvers, founder of Polysleep and recent guest on the podcast's 99th episode.

To give our listeners a little bit of context, we to touch on two topics in our discussion today;

First, we talk about how to organize a business. Our two guests of the day have managed to build multi-million dollar businesses with a very small team. Together, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.

Then we move on to the future of online business. With all that has happened in the last 18 months, we try to figure out what our two panelists think will happen in the next few years for the e-commerce industry.
