J7 Media is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and develop our social media presence.
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday. The workplace is in Barcelona, but it is possible to work remotely. However, the person must be domiciled in Spain.
Main responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the videographer, graphic designer and head of marketing for J7 brands
- Build content calendars with the team (Reel, Shorts, TikTok)
- Create the various visual contents from declination tools
- Maintain and respond to comments on our various social media channels from Linkedin to Instagram
- Ensure an excellent brand image for J7 services and reinforce the employer brand
- Publish and coordinate the agency's various podcasts
Job requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in social media management
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube organic algorithms
- Excellent marketing skills
- Organizational skills, ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Keen to stay abreast of the latest trends in social networking
- Team spirit and creativity
- Flexibility (adapt to unforeseen circumstances).
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Ability to manage several projects at once, with a sense of priorities
- Bilingualism (French and English)
