J7 Media is looking for a team lead to supervise and support its team of Google account managers.
As a Google Ads Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coaching and supporting the Google team, overseeing their advertising strategies and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Thanks to your expertise, you'll play a key role in developing effective strategies and proactively managing campaigns, while helping to resolve customer issues and continuously improve our Google Ads offering.

Main Responsabilities
- Supervise account managers in the management and optimization of their Google Ads campaigns, ensuring the overall performance of customer accounts.
- Assist account managers in resolving customer complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up.
- Challenge and evaluate proposed Google Ads strategies, providing recommendations to maximize campaign results and impact.
- Collaborate with account managers to improve customer performance reports and suggest areas for optimization.
- Ensure that campaigns respect Google Ads best practices and the specific objectives of each customer.
- Hold regular meetings to discuss campaign performance, optimization strategies, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad content is aligned with proposed strategies.
- Contribute to the success of the agency by collaborating on content creation for our podcasts and the J7 Academy.
Profile Required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Google ad campaign management, including at least 2 years in team management or supervision.
- Agency experience.
- Expert command of Google Ads and Google Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of best practices and advanced strategies (bidding strategy, match types, quality score).
- A strong sense of customer satisfaction, with the ability to handle complaints and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
- Proven performance analysis skills, able to challenge strategies to ensure the most optimal results.
- Excellent understanding of the basics of digital marketing (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professionalism, rigor and autonomy.
- Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) required.
