Description

J7 Media is looking for a Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and the visual and editorial creation of advertising campaigns.

By combining data analysis with creativity, you will contribute to the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure their success. The role involves close collaboration with the writing, design, and strategy teams to propose innovative solutions based on performance insights and market trends.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.

By taking on the position of Creative Strategist, you will:

  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop ad concepts aligned with clients’ business goals.
  • Analyze advertising campaign performance data (KPIs, conversion rates, CTR, etc.) and provide informed recommendations for creative improvements.
  • Propose innovative campaign ideas based on data insights and industry trends, while demonstrating strong aesthetic sense.
  • Develop storyboards, mock-ups, and scripts for ads across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of innovation within the creative team.
  • Continuously optimize ad creatives based on performance while balancing aesthetic needs with results.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of market trends to remain at the forefront of new technologies and best practices.
  • Audit existing ad campaigns and suggest adjustments.
  • Support the creative team in developing visual and written content tailored to target audiences.

Our dream candidate is someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency, preferably in a creative or strategic role.
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in creating digital ad campaigns (graphic designer, motion, or copywriter).
  • Has experience managing multi-platform ad campaigns (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Has strong marketing creation knowledge.
  • Has an excellent understanding of advertising platforms and their specificities (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads).
  • Has a good understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Is proficient with advertising data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Is familiar with design software and creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Demonstrates creativity, rigor, efficiency, autonomy, and impeccable organizational skills.
  • Is bilingual (French and English).
